Sony announced a new tiny and slim notebook in Japan.

The new Sony Type T (Sony VAIO VGN-TX90PS, TX90S) notebook is only 21mm thick and weighs 1.25kg. The new Sony notebooks come either with Pentium M at 1.2Mhz or Celeron at 1Ghz, up to 1.5GB RAM and a 11.1 inch screen with 1366×768px resolution.

Sony also announced a high powered multimedia PC called Sony VAIO R in Japan.
