Today we are also having a look at another PSP accessory from the Logitech PlayGear line called the PlayGear Stealth. These earbuds are designed specifically for use with eth PSP and look great coupled with the PlayGear Pocket I reviewed earlier today. Read the full review for all the details.
Features & Specifications
Logitech includes three sets of ear pieces with the Logitech PlayGear Stealth to accommodate different ear sizes. You get small, medium and large covers. The covers themselves are a rubber like material that is soft and flexible, but grippy enough to keep the Logitech PlayGear Stealth earbuds in your ears while moving around or walking. Overall the Logitech PlayGear Stealth earbuds are very comfortable to wear for extended periods.
The cord used on the Logitech PlayGear Stealth earbuds is about three feet long and uses an “L” shaped connector on the end to keep things low profile at the connections between your PSP and the earbuds.
PlayGear Stealth in Use
In the end with a set of earbuds nothing matters so much as the sound they produce. The Logitech PlayGear Stealth I am glad to say work very well with very good bass reproduction, along with good mids and highs. When you stop and consider that these earbuds only cost $19.99 the sound quality they are able to produce is very impressive. The Stealth earbuds use 9mm neodymium drivers.
I have tried earbuds costing two to three times as much as the Logitech PlayGear Stealth and been less impressed. Logitech has done a great job with these earbuds. Explosions in game sound great, voices are clear and understandable. High range sounds like breaking glass also sound realistic. Music playback also sounds very good on the Logitech PlayGear Stealth earbuds. I would say Logitech has one of the best all around earbuds on the market, and you just can’t beat the price.

Verdict
The Logitech PlayGear Stealth is one of the best bangs for your buck that I have heard as far as low cost earbuds go. Not only do they look cool, they sound great as well. If you want to be able to game, watch movies and listen to music on your PSP in privacy, the Logitech PlayGear Stealth earbuds are a fantastic choice.
