Hasbro brings a portable video player with video recording function for kids to the market this holiday season called the VideoNow VuGo.
Update:
VUGO Multimedia System selling for $117.44 at (search for vugo) has the VuGo already listed for $122.24, but it is still out of stock.
Hasbro also launched a video download service for the Vugo at the Vugo.com site. The vugo service is not launched yet. More details in this Hasbro press-release.
The Vugo looks like a very cool toy. To give kids a DVR function in a portable video player is huge. The price is also great, as not too many available PMPs actually have a recording function. And of course the price point is much higher for those.
