Olympus announces the E500 SLR Digital Camera.
Due to the Olympus exclusive Supersonic Wave Filter, photos remain unaffected from airborne contaminants and are captured with 8MP quality using the premium Full Frame Transfer CCD.
Olympus E-500 will be offered in a choice of four kits which will be available from November 2005.
