Intel 'Robson' Makes Your Notebook Boot Faster

Intel demos a new flash memory based system with codename 'Robson' that boots notebooks faster.

The Intel Robson cache technology boots notebooks almost immediately. It is also supposedly helps starting up applications faster. The system uses NAND flash memory. Intel did not reveal any specifics yet. More details on PC World.
