Japanese mobile provider Willcom announces the Sharp W-ZERO3 or WS003SH named PocketPC phone with a full QUERTY keyboard.
The keyboard slides out to the side under the screen. The Sharp WS003SH has a 3.7 inch screen, Intel PXA270 CPU, 128MB Flash 64MB SDRAM and runs Windows Mobile 5.0, a first for Sharp. Sharp's Zaurus PDAs ran Linux so far.
