I am not audiophile enough to rate the Perfect8 loudspeakers.
PERFECT8 Technologies is a new Swedish company that makes high-end ribbon and dynamic loudspeakers and subwoofers. The loudspeakers are made of glass and with gold accents. Perfect8 managed somehow to reduce or remove the ringing sound of glass, which would be a problem when using it to build speakers.
The speakers are made with glass not with plexiglass. Still the look is very
retro. I think it was in the 80s or maybe even 70s when people started to make
transparent acryl (plexiglass) casings. I remember making a C64 joystick case
with plexiglass when still in school.More details on the Perfect8 site.
