Update:
Photos of Levi's iPod Jeans Surfaced

There is a ton of iPod apparel to come out this year. Levi's could get the biggest market share with their iPod Jeans.
Apparently the jean features a special joystick incorporated into the jeans' watch pocket to enable easy operation of the iPod.
The RedWire DLX is designed to be compatible with most iPod systems.
An iPod docking cradle is built into the jeans and is hidden within a side pocket. The four-way joystick allow the wearer to easily play/pause, track forward, track back and adjust the volume control without ever removing the iPod from the pocket.
Also a retractable headphone unit has been built directly into the jean to help prevent tangles. The Levi's iPod jeans will be available worldwide in fall 2006 More details in this press-release. Levi's stated that there are no photos and product samples of the Levi's jeans RedWire DLX iPod jeans available yet.
