Mitsubishi Lightweight Apricot Notebook

Mitsubishi Electric launches in Japan a line of lightweight notebooks called Apricot Series.

The Mitsubishi Apricot AL C notebook weighs in at only 996g. A 20GB HDD, 256MB RAM and a Pentium M (1.2GHz) are working inside the lightweight alloy casing. I could not find the screen size and resolution in the Mitsubishi press-release. Looks like they do not think that is important. The Mitsubishi apricot AL C notebook sells for 245,700 yen (~$2,080).
