A4 Tech will debut a PC Keyboard with integrated VOIP handset at the CeBit 2006 in Germany.

The A4 Tech VOIP keyboard works with Skype, MSN, Yahoo Message, QQ and Net2phone and has an addition Audio In/Out port.
I rather prefer wireless VOIP handsets. To have the handset in the keyboard is a cute idea, but not practical for me.More details on Gizmag. Via Uberreview.
