Yesterday Jim Goldman on business TV channel CNBC told the world about a sub-notebook half as thin as the current Apple MacBook Pro, that Steve Jobs would unveil at the MacWorld Expo in January 2008.

The new sub-notebook is supposed to have a 12 inch screen (other rumors suggest 13.3 inch screen), SSD and sell for $1,500.
Other rumor stage information from the TV report are that the 3G iPhone is supposed to ship in June of 2008.
Via Apple Insider.

MacWorld Expo 2008 starts on January 14th in San Francisco. But we have to get through CES 2008 before, which will start on January 7th 2008.
