Sony Ericsson officially announces the first Cyber-shot branded camera phone K800.
The Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot K800 already leaked last week. Now Sony Ericsson offically shows a 3.2MP camera phone bearing the Cyber-shot brand. Besides the K800 Sony Ericsson also announces the K790.
Both Camera phones feature 3.2MP digital cameras with Autofocus, Xenon flash, 16x Digital zoom, Auto red eye reduction, Picture Blogging (powered by Blogger) and BestPic support.
BestPic gives you on a single press of the shutter button 9 full quality 3.2 megapixel pictures to choose from in a time sequence – 4 pictures before and 4 pictures after the actual image you captured.
Other features of the new Cyber-shot phones include a 2.0" QVGA 262K TFT display,
PictBridge, USB 2.0, Memory Stick Micro slot, music player, 3D gaming and an RDS FM radio.
K800 is a dual-mode UMTS/GPRS phone and the K790 is a Tri Band EDGE phone. Both are available from Q2 2006. The K790 misses the VGA video camera for video conferencing.
