LG Electronics announced today that it will be selling the so called Chocolate mobile phone in Europe starting on May 3rd.
Update:
US gets a Chocolate Phone from Verizon
The LG LG-KG800 slim slider has an elegant design that 'hides' the screen visually. The buttons light up red when in use.
The press-release we received also says that the European chocolate phone will differ slightly from the Korean one. The LG Chocolate phone has been launched in Korea last November has already sold over 300,000 units in 3 months. The LG-KG800 won two European design awards (iF Design Award and Red dot Design Award for its unique styling and user interface).
I am waiting on information which carriers will actually sell the LG-KG800. There is no word yet if the Chocolate phone will be available in the United States.
