Samsung introduced the currently smallest Intel Core Duo Notebook - the Samsung Q35.

The Samsung Q35 is based on the Intel Core Duo T2700 with 2.33Ghz. The Register reports that Intel actually did not even announce the T2700 yet.

With a 12 inch screen the Q35 measures 299x214x 36mm (closed).There is no exact release date yet. The Samsung Q35 might also ship with different Core Duo and Solo Intel CPUs.
