Samsung introduces the SCH-V850 with integrated GPS in Korea.

The compact slider also features also real-time traffic updates. The SCH-V850 features a color screen and a 1.3MP digital camera. More details in this Samsung press-release (Korean).

The recently introduced Benefon TWIG also features integrated GPS functionality.
