MobiNote announces the Hipper 100 MP3 Mood Creator.
The egg-shaped (how timely) MobiNote Hipper 100 speaker creates illumination effects based on music. Via USB mp3 players can be connected to the MobiNote egg. OTG support allows the Hipper 100 to play music from almost any USB flash drive.
Based on the detected rhythms the color of the light changes fast or slow. The Hipper 100 supports 10 different colors. WMA and MP3 music files are playable by the Hipper 100.
Through an Audio Line-out other speakers can be connected. Through an Audio Line-in connector other audio devices like CD players can be connected to the "mood creator".
The price for the MobiNote Hipper 100 is supposed to be about $69. As MobiNote is an OEM manufacturer, I suppose the release date depends on distributors picking up the product. I suppose it will not be in stores for this Easter.

Taiwan based MobiNote is actually known for being on of the first companies to offer a 7 inch PMP. The MobiNote DVX-POD 7010 appeared first in 2004.
