UbiBro has a stylish DMB-T USB Tuner on the market in Korea dubbed Artemis Q.

Korean site popco has published a review of the device with several photos. It is all in Korean, but the stylish photos are worth a quick look. The Artemis Q measures 104x24x19mm and weighs 38g.
Apparently it comes with software for time-shifting broadcasts
