Eidos E3 Line-Up Revealed
Topic: E3 News Coverage
Gather 'round, friends, for some nourishing nuggets of E3 news. Eidos has just issued a press release that contains their E3 line-up for 2009. Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mini Ninjas, and Just Cause 2 will all be unveiled to the world next week at the expo. Three games isn't a huge line-up for a big name like Eidos, but at least two of these games are very highly anticipated sequels.
Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3) is something every Batfan has been salivating over since we got our first glimpses of it months ago. From the screenshots we've seen, this new game looks absolutely fantastic, with graphics that should test the PS3 to the limits of its capabilities. Arkham Asylum will have both a single-player storyline, as well as multiplayer maps (you can play the Joker!). We don't know just what parts of the game Eidos will be showing off at E3, but hopefully we'll get to see a few big walkthroughs.

Hardware sales aren't the only area Microsoft is cleaning up in; their Xbox LIVE community now numbers over 20 million.
Xbox LIVE has grown 136% since November, and it's rapidly becoming one of the largest entertainment providers out there. Right now, LIVE is larger than any satellite TV provider, and they expect to outgrow the world's largest cable provider before 2010. Things are going very well for Team Xbox. So what does that mean for you?

PS3 'Slim' and PSP-Go a Reality.
Topic: E3 News Coverage
Few things are quite as sweet as rumor becoming reality. Remember those leaked photos of the PS3 'Slim' that hit the Internet a couple of weeks back? Well, we finally have some fairly solid confirmation that they are, in fact, real. Shortly after the pictures ran, several tech websites that showed the picture received cease-and-desist notices.
The notices stated that the pictures contained 'confidential information', which is confirmation that they're real pictures of something secret. That's not all we've got, though. Ars Technica received word from a mole that in the past has been "100% accurate". The mole stated that the PS3 Slim is in development, although it will not be released at E3 as we'd previously thought.
