Sony introduces the VAIO LF-V30 LocationFree Base Station.
With Sony’s LocationFree place-shifting technology you can access live TV, your personal video recorder or DVD player, and view that content on your notebook PC.
Features of the VAIO LF-V30 Base Station include: Component input/output capability, Wireless Client Mode and consistent picture quality with approximately 20% less Internet bandwidth required to stream video.
The VAIO Base Station will go on sale for about $250 in September.
