When we are on vacation, relaxing by the pool or the beach no one wants to have to get up and walk to get drinks or snacks. Long Range Systems has a new product called Beach Butler that hands on an umbrella and summons wait staff at the press of a button. Plus, if you drink too much to walk you can still get more beer if you need it with this gizmo.
"Beach Butler is the only product of its kind in the world," explains Jim Livingston, vice president of sales at LRS. "Perfect for any hotel and resort with beach or poolside service, it helps sell more food and drinks by giving guests the convenience of on-demand service."
The Beach Butler is easy to use simply requiring you to press a button and wait for the waiter to show up and take your order. LRS says the units are 100% weatherproof and tamper-resistant thanks to its 100% lexan plastic. It can be used both indoors and out and measures in at 14.5” x 3” x 1.75”. I could have used one of these things when I took my family to the beach this summer. The people next to us whipped out some Cheetos and my 2-year old daughter went into a melt down wanting some of her own. I’d have paid $100 for a bag of chips about then. Via LRS
