Leapfrog updates its Pen Computer and introduced the Fly Fusion.
The first Fly Pentop fell into kids hands in 2005. The new Fly Fusion offers improved hardware capabilities, including PC connectivity; four times the memory; on-the-go calculating functionality; enhanced learning applications, such as a Spanish translator; a new MP3 player; and garage-band music mixing capabilities-all built upon its predecessor's award-winning technology.
The key feature of the new Fly Fusion is the ability to digitize handwritten homework and upload it to the PC.
You still need to use the special dot-enabled FLY paper, but then you can searched and index your notes.
The Leapfrog Fly Fusion sells for $79.99 on Amazon.com.
