We all look in envy to Korea because of the feature pumped mobile phones they have over there. Feature rich phones also pose a problem - at least for Korean parents.

Korean kids spend way to much time and money on internet services like games. There are apparently only very few mobile phones and service providers in Korea that support only phone functionality and no other services.
Besides internet, I assume parents also do not want TV service on their kids phones. They would not even have to come home to watch TV.
