We see lots of DVD players around here and typically they are all the same for the most part. I just ran across a DVD player available in the UK that is called the KiSS 1600 and it has some features you will find no where else.
The player will upscale your movies and has HDMI out, but the cool part is that the KiSS 1600 can stream video over your wired network via a built-in Ethernet port or the integrated WiFi adapter.
Software is required on every PC you want to stream the video to. There is also a USB port on the player, presumably used to play video from a PMP to your TV and stream it out to PCs. The price isn’t cheap at 200 British pounds or about $405, but no other player at this price can do what the KiSS 1600 does. Via Coolest-Gadgets
