Tesla Motors replaces CEO with former Flextronics CEO

In a message from Elon Musk, Chairman of Tesla Motors, Inc. a change of the company's leadership is announced.
Michael Marks, former CEO of Flextronics and an early investor in Tesla Motors, will become interims CEO. He takes over from Tesla Motors founder Martin Eberhard who will take the role as President of Technology.
Tesla Motors is looking for a new CEO since early 2007. They are continuing to the search for a permanent CEO.
To replace a founder CEO is nothing unusual at this stage of a company. Tesla needs to grow in the wake of the release of the first Tesla Roadster.
Tesla Motors already has 250 employees and got over 500 2008 Roadster reservations.
