Hynix makes tiny 1Gb DRAM for Mobile Devices

Korean chip maker Hynix announces what the call the world's smallest 1Gb DRAM chip for mobile devices.
The new 1Gb chip is based on 66nm technology and supports 200Mhz clock speeds. Hynix specifies the data throughput with 1.6GB/s.
Looks like Hynix starts to become more competitive with Samsung in the memory chip field.
