Apparently Apple and Vodafone are in detailed discussions over the iPhone deal in the UK.

Unstrung (via Engadget) has published details of Vodafone's and other carrier's improvement requests for the iPhone. I am a bit puzzled that something like this would leak, so this list could just contain just wild guesses. Apple is supposed to improve Youtube, Calendar Sync, security, firewall and Wi-Fi security on the Apple iPhone.

As reported this week Orange is supposed to get the iPhone deal in France and T-Mobile is supposed the iPhone carrier for Germany.
