Skype users had problems since Thursday to make VOIP calls. The company has now voice fully functional again.
Skype presence and chat may still take a few more hours to be fully operational.
If your Skype is still not working, you should just wait and do not change anything. The service will go online automatically once operational.
Skype will provide a detailed explanation on what happened to their service on Monday.
