Motorola sues Aruba for Patent Infringement

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Mobile phone maker Motorola Inc said on Tuesday that two of
its subsidiaries had sued Aruba Networks Inc for patent infringement related to
wireless local area network technologies.
Motorola said subsidiaries Symbol Technologies and Wireless Valley
Communications sought a permanent injunction against Aruba and monetary damages
in the suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
