Sony also starts to launch a special edition Game Console in Europe. Microsoft did this already with the green XBox a couple month ago.

The Aqua Playstation 2 will go on sale in spring. The case is blue instead of the normal black. Why this marketing strategy is not applied to the USA is strange to me. Apple was successful with the iMacs. Also Microsoft's Green XBox is not on the US market. Microsoft by the way announced the Crystal XBox, which features a transparent caseing. Of course again only for the european market. More details on The Register.
