Siemens will show at the CeBit 2004 (March 18th) a PenPhone prototype
The prototype PenPhone uses a integrated handwriting-recognition module. It has the standard features of a GSM mobile phone. Users can just write down a phone number and the Siemens PenPhone will dial this number. It is also great for SMS messages. The Phone is 5.6 inches long with a diameter of about three-quarters of an inch. See also PCWorld Article.
