Altec Lansing Introduces New Speaker Systems

Altec Lansing announced five new speaker systems this week aimed at users of music playing phones and PMP devices like the iPod. The new products include an iMT521 SoundBlade Stereo Bluetooth Speaker that includes an AVRCP two-way remote and works with both battery and AV power available exclusively at AT&T stores in November for $129.95.
The iMT207 Orbit-M and iM207 Orbit are designed to work with MP3 players and use Fusion360 technology to create a 360 degree sound field and weighs only 4-ounces while running off a pair of AAA batteries good for a full 24 hours of playback. The iMT207 is designed for the iPhone or other devices with a 2.5mm to 3.5mm headphone jack and the iM207 has a 3,5mm jack only. Both will sell for $39.95 starting in October.
The iMT217 Nobi is a speaker specifically for the Nokia XpressMusic Phone and will sell for $39.95 in October and the FX3020 SoundBar speaker system for flat PCs will be available in October for $99.95.
