New 3G Samsung SGH-J750 and SGH-A401 use Broadcom Chips

Broadcom launched its first generation 3G cellular baseband technology with Samsung over a year ago with the SGH-Z220.
Now Broadcom announces that Samsung is using the Broadcom BCM2133 EDGE baseband processor, the BCM2141 WCDMA co-processor, the BCM2045 Bluetooth transceiver and the BCM59001 power management unit (PMU) in its new 3G phones SGH-J750 and SGH-A401.
The new Samsung 3G SGH-J750 and SGH-A401 mobile phones are now shipping to cellular operators in multiple countries including Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and elsewhere.
