Samsung has set a new sales record for a mobile phone in Korea with the low-cost SGH-E250.
In less than a year 10 million SGH-E250 phones were sold.
Samsung also held the previous record with the SGH-E700 that sold 10 million within 14 months.
The Samsung SGH-E250 is the 5th Korean phone to sell over 10 million in Korea. The Samsung T100, Samsung D500 and the LG Chocolate are the other three.
Clearly Samsung dominates the Korean handset market.
