Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2 holds 40,000 Photos

Sony announced its latest digital camera recently called the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2. Sony says this camera can hold 1000 8-megapixel photos or 40,000 VGA quality photos. The camera also has a built-in album folder to make it easy to organize your photos on the camera.

The images can be viewed in chronological order and displayed in a calendar view. Picture Motion browser software is included that allows you to view photos based on events like birthdays. You can place photos into the sharemark folder that allows only those photos to be shared online. The camera is also pre-loaded with Sony PMB software, which allows automatic uploading of photos to sharing sites like Flickr, Photobucket, Shutterfly, and YouTube.

The camera also features a touchscreen LCD that replaces small buttons with on-screen icons. You can also touch the screen where you want the camera to focus in camera mode and where you want to zoom in video mode. Face detection, an ISO sensitivity of up to 3200 and HD output in full 1080p round out the feature set. The camera will be available in December for around $350.
