LG Electronics announced the LG-KS20 HSDPA Windows touch screen smartphone at the IFA 2007 in Berlin. Today LG says that the KS20 is shipping in Europe just in time to 'spoil' the Apple iPhone launch this Friday November 9th.
Compatible with HSDPA networks, LG-KS20 allows you to enjoy the full benefits of 3.6Mbps high speed mobile internet, including downloading of music, video clips, and Windows Live content, as well as push e-mail. HSDPA technologies receive data at 3.6Mbps, which is over 7 times faster than the widely-used WCDMA phones.
Feature highlights of the Apple iPhone killer are 2.8 inch color touch-screen, 2MP camera, WiFi, MP3 player, and Bluetooth.
Measurements of the LG KS20 are 99.8x58x12.8mm and the weight is only 92.5g.
The LG-KS20 will be available for purchase beginning today in major retail outlets across Europe.
