With the recent launch of the NVIDIA 8800 GT graphics cards, some manufactures are still bringing the 8800 GT to market. Palit announced today that it is introducing its Palit-designed GeForce 8800 GT.

The Palit 8800 GT uses a custom cooling solution that Plait says combines the advantages of a silent heatsink with a fan. Palit also promises that the fan system it uses is quieter than a stock 8800 GT with the Palit card producing only 29.5dB of sound.

Palit also uses a 3-phase power supply system rather than the more common 2-phase power system. All other features of the Palit 8800 GT are the same as the other 8800 GT cards on the market.
