Kingston announced today that it was shipping higher capacity DataTraveler Mini fun and Data Traveler Mini flash drives in up to 4GB. The Mini fun drive also ships with a Sudoku game and Atlantis that was included with earlier versions.
"When Kingston first released the DataTraveler Mini Fun, it was among the smallest USB Flash drives of its kind offering the ultimate in transportability along with a couple of great games," said Joe Teng, Flash memory product manager, Kingston(R). "With the larger 4GB size, one can store even more data while fully enjoying the new games."
Capacities for the Mini drives now include 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB. The dimension of the drive is 1.5-inch x 0.75-inch x 0.31-inch. The drives are compatible with Windows Vista, 2000 and XP as well as Mac OS 10.x and up. The bundled games are Windows only and the new 4GB drives will retail for $62.
