The Asus Eee 4G was already available on the Amazon.com platform through J & R, but now Amazon offers the Asus Eee PC directly with free super saver shipping.

I am not sure what the guys at Amazon are smoking, but they think the list price of the Asus Eee PC 4G is $469.99. Amazon sells it for $399.99 like everybody else, but claims this is a special offer.
The shipping date is still a bit vague with 1-4 weeks. Saving shipping cost is the only way to save on the Asus Eee right now. I have not seen a store that offers it at a discount.

NewEgg is out of stock but should get the Asus Eee back on 11/19/07.
