As reported Vodafone reached a court order against T-Mobile to sell the iPhone locked in Germany ten days ago.
Since then T-Mobile also began offering an unlocked iPhone for 999 Euro.
Yesterday was the first day in court. The battle heated up as the court increase the amount involved in the case from 500,000 Euro to 2 Mio. Euro (~$2.9 Million).
T-Mobile argued against criticism about the high unlocked iPhone price that they have to pay several hundreds above the 399 Euro price to Apple already. In France the unlocked iPhone became available this week for 749 Euro (including 100 Euro unlocking fee).
The verdict in the German iPhone battle is expected on Monday.
More details on Heise (German).
