Wacom announced today that it has expanded its line of Cintiq interactive pen displays. Two new models have been added called the Cintiq 12WX and the Cintiq 20WSX. The Cintiq 12WX uses direct pen-on-screen input with a low-profile flexible design.
The 20WSX is called the world’s first wide-format desktop pen display. Wacom says the 20WSX combines elements of the Cintiq 21UX for users who don’t need the high resolution of the 21UX.
The 12WX will retail for $999, has a 12.1-inch TFT LCD, and is available now. The 20WSX will retail for $1999 and has a 20.1-inch 1680 x 1050 resolution screen.
