T-Mobile can continue to sell locked Apple iPhones in Germany. The court order by Vodafone was dismissed by a German court.
T-Mobile had to offer unlocked iPhones while the case was in court. The judge ruled that there has not been any unfair competition through the locked sale of the Apple iPhone by T-Mobile.
So much for the slim chance of getting Apple to dismiss the locked carrier business model for the iPhone.
More details on Heise (German).
