Digital Audio player boutique Olive partners with renowned designer Karim Rashid for a limited edition of Opus Nº5 audio players.

"Music is fluid, music is movement, music is sexy. Music is fun, embracing, mnemonic, liberating, emotive, experiential, memorable, and abstract" explains Karim. "So, for the new Opus Nº5, I designed four unique digital graphics patterns symbolic of our corybantic digital age. Omni-directional like sound, the patterns emphasize the 'voluminous' beats that radiate from music. The repeated elements are symbolic of binary notation enveloping a perfect container of sound." Currently there are four Karim designed players available: Digitalia, Morphologic, Spectra, and Fusion. Each Karim Opus digital player comes with a 750GB hard-drive and sells for $3,999.

The Opus player promises to deliver a warm, full-bodied, and spacious sound with an exceptionally realistic soundstage using its Pure Audio System(PAS) technology.
