It was bound to happen sooner or later and its great to see that the groundbreaking has commenced.
Opera Software is working on a new Internet browser that will allow users to talk to their computer. Although voice recognition isn't anything new - the usage of IBM's ViaVoice technology enables the computer to "ask" the user a question and "listen to the request.
Still in its developmental stage the possibilities opens up doors for those who may be unable to utilize web services due to physical disabilities.
Opera plans to launch its English version of the voice browser for Windows - later plans for Linux and Symbians.
