Sony PS3 gains Market Share from Wii and Xbox 360

Despite Nintendo logging record sales numbers for the Nintendo Wii in November, the Sony PS3 did gain market share last month.
The Sony PS3 is now at 21%, up from 12% in October in terms of new generation game console market share.
According to NPD Group Inc. numbers the sales of the PS3 almost quadrupled in November. The Wii market share fell from 52% to 44% in November.
466,000 Sony PS3 consoles have been sold in November. Nintendo sold 981,000 Wii consoles.
