The Epson Powerlite Cinema 500 Projector is aimed at high-end Home Theaters.

The Projector includes an HDMI connector for HDTV tuners and DVD players. It uses Faroudja's DCDi digital processing and 3:2 pull down, 3D Y/C separation, 3D digital gamma correction and 3D noise reduction.
The Epson Cinema 500's contrast ratio is lies at 1200:1 with brightness of up to 1,000 ANSI lumens.

The Cinema 500 supports manual lens shift, which enables a shift range of 2.5 screens vertically, two screens horizontally. It also has a 1.5x power zoom lens. More details in Epson brochure (pdf).

List price for the Epson PowerLite Cinema 500 is about $5000. Should be in stores by now.
