Pinacle Announces Video Transfer Hardware at CES 2008

Pinnacle Systems announced today that it will be showing off it's latest video transfer hardware at CES 2008 aimed at making it easy to transfer video to iPod, PSP, or USB devices without the need for a PC.
The new hardware box is pocket-sized and measures in at 4.843” x 2.638” x 0.906”. It supports multiple inputs including S-video, composite video, and stereo analog. Optional cables allow the device to charge a PSP or iPod during video transfer as well. Video is captured in H.264 format and eliminates the need for conversion.
Video can be generated in resolutions up to 720x480.576 in NTSC or PAL. The device is scheduled to be available for purchase on January 15th, 2008 at an MSRP of $129.99.
