Sony announces the availability of the 11 inch OLED TV XEL-1 in the United States at the CES 2008.

The 11-inch (measured diagonally) XEL-1 model is just about 3 millimeters thin and offers picture quality with extremely high contrast, outstanding brightness, exceptional color reproduction, and a rapid response time.
We have been at the Sony CES conference and took a couple photos of the future of television that is currently only 11 inch in size, but Sony also shows a 27 inch OLED TV at the CES 2008. The Sony XEL-1 OLED TV is now available for about $2,500. Initially, it will be in limited supply at Sony Style retail stores nationwide.

CES 2008 officially starts today. The flood gates to the CES show floor in Las Vegas will open and we get to see all the beautiful new TVs, gadgets and booth babes.
