Samsung says that they are close to having sold 20 million SGH-E250 mobile phones. In October they just passed the 10 million mark.
Samsung developed the SGH-E250 to target emerging markets in Asia and Latin America and launched the low-end handset in November of 2006.
The Samsung SGH-E250 features a 300,000-pixel digital camera, color display, MP3 player, and Bluetooth technology. The price of the SGH-E250 is about $150.
Around 200 million Nokia 1100s hava been sold, but it only costs around $50. The Motorola RAZR is also ahead with 40 million units sold.
