Panasonic announced today the new Plasma HDTV series PX80 in Japan.

The Panasonic PX80 Plasma TV series include the 50 inch TH-50PX80, the 42 inch TH-42PX80 and the 37 inch TH-37PX80.
Features of the Panasonic PX80 HDTV series include 15,000:1 contrast ratio, Viera Link, 18-bit digital signal processing, IP LAN Link and SD card slot. All three new PX80 Plasma TVs go on sale on February 15th in Japan.
