Xerox launched it's lowest cost color laser office printer today called the Phaser 6125. The printer can put out 12 pages per minute in color and 16 pages per minute in black.

The best thing about the printer is the price, the Phaser 6125 retails for $349. The toner used is Xerox Emulsion Aggregation High Gloss toner, which uses less toner per page. "Xerox continues to shatter the perception that high-quality color printing is a luxury only large businesses can afford," said Russell Peacock, president, Xerox Office Group. "The Phaser 6125 is designed for customers looking for a color printer that can handle everything from sales proposals to promotional hand outs efficiently and cost effectively."

The Phaser 6125 has a 333 MHz processor and comes with toner cartridges pre-installed. Other features include built-in networking and expandable memory up to 1GB. Also included is a one year on site warranty. The 6125 is available now.
